CABA CPAs - SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS (text) messages from CABA CPAs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:



1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from CABA CPAs. These messages may include promotional offers, order updates, reminders, and other relevant communications. You are not required to provide your mobile number to access our services, but opting in will allow you to receive SMS notifications.

2. Frequency of Messages
The frequency of SMS messages you will receive depends on your interaction with us. You may receive messages periodically for updates, promotions, or customer support purposes. The frequency will vary based on your engagement with our services.

3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for each SMS message sent or received based on your mobile carrier and plan. Please check with your mobile service provider for details on standard rates.

4. Opt-In Method

To opt-in to our messaging service, you much provide explicit consent by sending email to support@cabacpas.com. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying 'STOP'."

SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances. 

5. Opt-Out/Unsubscribe
To stop receiving SMS messages, you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except for one final message confirming your opt-out request.  To opt back in for CABA CPAs at any time, reply “START.”  If you need help or have any questions regarding your SMS subscription, reply "HELP" to any message or contact us at support@cabacpas.com.

6. Privacy and Data Use
Your mobile number and other personal information provided when opting in will be treated in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. We will not share your phone number with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill our services.

7. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number you provide is correct and that your mobile carrier supports SMS messaging. We are not responsible for any delays or undelivered messages due to incorrect information or issues with your mobile carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability
CABA CPAs is not responsible for any delays, undelivered messages, or any other issues arising from the delivery of SMS messages. We are also not responsible for any charges, fees, or costs that may result from receiving text messages.

9. Changes to SMS Terms
We reserve the right to modify or terminate SMS services at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our SMS service will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
